The art of Richard Müller, born 1874 in Bohemia, dead 1954 in Dresden, has been described as "complex eroticism". It has for sure nothing to do with either Expressionism or New Objectivity. It is classic in style, but his motifs were far from classic. In 2013, the Leipzig Art Museum held a parallell exhibition of Müller and Mel Ramos, an American pop artist known for his pinup paintings.
Müller was hardly a nice person, judging from the biographical data I find on the Net. George Grosz, who had him as a teacher at the academy, describes him as sadistic. He backed the sacking of Otto Dix from a professor position. He was, at least during some years, a member of the Nazi party. His paintings were very much appreciated by the régime, including Hitler himself.
